Helloooooooooooo. Are these people mentally retarded? Sexual networks are composed of vice-ridden individuals. Of course they are going to transmit diseases. Do AIDS researchers think this a novel conclusion? What is really going on here is a kind of decoupling of personal responsibility and hoisting it onto "the sexual network" as if such a thing could exist without thoughtless, vice-ridden individuals. Kind of makes you wonder what these AIDS researchers are really using their grant money for.
